This can range from a one-bedroom chassis mounted ensuite room that Mini Homes can relocate to a new location using our custom designed trailers, up to a three-bed rolling chassis unit that can be towed to a new location using your own vehicle.

Where can I place my MINIHOME?

MINIHOMES mounted on a chassis can be placed on a farm, residential plot, back yard, these all make great locations. Building plans must be submitted. MINIHOMES can assist with this submission.

Mobile, trailer mounted MINIHOMES may only be used in caravan parks or resort zoned properties.

 

 

Are our MINIHOMES certified?

Yes, our MINIHOMES are certified by Trinamics Engineering.

Our tow behind Mobile MINIHOMES are built on and certified trailer. They are designed and built to be compliant with highway travel laws in SA.

Every structure is constructed to handle the stress of travel.

 

Can it be easily moved?

The units can be relocated to another location. Any water, electrical and sewerage connections will need to be undone and reconnected at the new site.

 

How is it built?

The MINIHOMES are entirely built in our factory on a steel base. From there we build using a light steel frame which is clad internally with shiplap MGO (Fire resistant) horizontal boards and external Vermont finish Nutec fibre cement boards.

The MINIHOME includes a DB board that can be connected to mains or solar and all plumbing pipes and fittings are built-in and ready for connection on site.
